The complete Wedding Planning Package consists of the services listed below:

  • Initial meeting with Bride and Groom to go over all of your wedding dreams, fantasies and details.
  • Answer any questions and provide advice if needed
  • Assist with ordering of rental items if needed
  • Show photos of examples in helping determine wedding theme/decor if needed
  • Provide a list and show examples of recommended vendors, locations and pricing options
  • Arrange appointments with vendors
  • Go with you to your vendor appointments to answer questions or provide any advice if needed
  • Meet with vendors once contracts are in place to coordinate plans
  • Create a timeline for wedding day and distribute to all of the vendors
  • Help with design of Reception and table arrangements if needed
  • Meet with Bride and Groom 2 weeks prior to go over final details
  • Contact vendors 3 days prior to reconfirm times and locations
  • Coordinate Rehearsal
  • Assure Ceremony site is set up completely and accurately prior to start time
  • Make sure wedding party is not in need of Emergency Items (which we will have on hand)
  • Assist the Ushers with seating plans.
  • Work directly with musicians, photographer, videographer, florist and any other vendors in coordinating ready and start times
  • Line up all family and wedding party for processional
  • Arrive at the Reception site at least 3 hours prior to assure set up is complete and accurate
  • Place all favors and any other personal items as needed
  • Alphabetize and arrange table numbers, and set menus
  • Work directly with musicians, band, florist, photographer, videographer, caterer, cake and rental companies to make sure event runs smoothly and timely
  • Coordinate Grand Entrance
  • Make sure all events such as meal, first dance, toast, cake cutting, etc. occur according to schedule seamlessly.

Help with placement of all gifts and wedding items to their pre-arranged location at conclusion of event.
